If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with becoming more aware of who I am and how certain events in my life were still affecting me. It also helped me to better understand other people and why they do the things they do. It actually increased my liking for other people.
